Occupational Therapist

Lori was the first Occupational Therapist to be employed at Meaningful Day Services. She has provided our clients with the highest quality of services for over 15 years. She has extensive knowledge in childhood development, sensory processing, and a variety of evidence-based treatment strategies.

Lori always goes above and beyond to collaborate with other professionals, and she frequently advocates for the best interest of her clients.

If given a choice, Lori would ABSOLUTELY choose to be an Occupational Therapist again!

  • I have specialized in pediatrics for over 25 years. I have worked 13 years in the NICU, 25 years with the Deaf and Hard of Hearing population, and 25 years working in First Steps of Indiana. My experience includes working with a variety of diagnosis including Prematurity, Autism, Sensory Processing Disorders, Developmental Delay, CP, Downs Syndrome and various genetic disorders. I have also worked in Acute Care (adult and pediatric), Mental Health, Neuro Rehab and Outpatient Rehab with all ages.  
  • I believe strongly in the family/caregiver approach and no two families are alike. I choose to make a difference one child at a time!!
