Hello, my name is Ashley Jenkins and I am an office based counselor and behavior consultant
at Meaningful Day Services. I have worked in the social services field for approximately 10
years. I have my Master's degree in Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health and
Addictions. My background involves working with children, adolescents, adults, and elderly
clients with mental health issues and/or developmental disabilities. Other previous areas of
focus that I have experienced with is working with clients who are diagnosed with PTSD and
struggle with addiction. I engage in many diverse approaches to psychotherapy including but
not limited to; play therapy, trauma focused therapy, CBT, motivational interviewing, and
marriage and family therapy. I believe that with the right supports in place, no individual is
without hope.
